Will it break me out or irritate sensitive skin?

Our formulas are fragrance-free and retinol-free. The Glow Balm is an occlusive balm, so we suggest cheekbones, smile lines, under-eyes and brow area rather than an oily T-zone. Always patch-test a new product and stop if irritation occurs.

Is it safe for long-term daily use?

Yes — everything we sell is a cosmetic designed for daily use. Use morning and night, or whenever your skin looks tired.

Can I use it with my other skincare?

Yes. Serum first, then the Glow Balm on top. The balm also layers over makeup without pilling.

How often should I use it?

Glow Balm: morning, night and touch-ups. Serum: morning and night. Eye patches: 3–7 mornings a week. Bio-Collagen Mask: once a week or before an event. Roller: 1–2 minutes a day.

Does it fix wrinkles?

No cosmetic does. Our products make lines look softer and skin look plumper and brighter while you use them. We'd rather tell you that than sell you a miracle.

Where do you ship, and are there duties?

We ship worldwide. US: free over $50, otherwise $4.95. International: free over $100, otherwise $9.99. US orders have no duties; international customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Shipping policy.

How long is delivery?

1–3 days to process, then 4–11 business days in transit (5–14 total) in the US. Tracked. Track your order.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Refund policy.

It arrived soft or melted?

Stand it upright in a cool room for an hour; it sets again. If it's damaged, send us a photo and we replace it free.
