30-day money-back guarantee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email meghakhanna991@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on why it didn't work for you.
- We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
- Post the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer; there is no restocking fee.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we approve the refund and it is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, melted or incorrect, with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — and you do not need to return the damaged item.
Late or lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 20 days, or the parcel is marked lost, we reship free or refund in full.
Exceptions
Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned. Orders more than 30 days past delivery are not eligible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original packaging and you will need your order number as proof of purchase.
Cancellations
Email within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full. After that your order is usually already with the carrier, so please use the 30-day guarantee instead.
