At Lumadew we are dedicated to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.
Shipping rates
- United States: FREE shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95.
- International: FREE shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.99.
Order processing
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. During this time we prepare and quality-check your items. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US holidays.
Delivery times
Orders typically arrive 5–14 business days after purchase (1–3 days processing + 4–11 days transit) in the United States, and 7–20 business days internationally. Delivery times can vary with your location, customs procedures and carrier handling.
Order confirmation
Once your order is placed you receive a confirmation email. This is our acknowledgement that we have received your order and are preparing it.
Shipping confirmation & tracking
When your order ships you receive a second email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan. You can also check your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page.
Address changes & cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change your address or cancel. After dispatch we cannot redirect a parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes
US orders have no duties. For international orders, any customs fees, duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. US sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.
Heat
Our balms are wax-based and can soften in a hot mailbox. Stand the stick upright in a cool room for an hour and it sets again. If a product arrives damaged, we replace it free.
