These Terms govern your use of the Lumadew online store and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products
Lumadew sells cosmetic products intended to improve the look and feel of skin while in use. They are not drugs, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Results vary from person to person. Always patch-test a new product and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Packaging may differ slightly from images.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we do, you are refunded in full. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
4. Accuracy of information
We try hard to describe our products accurately. Reviews and testimonials, where shown, reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results.
5. Intellectual property
The Lumadew name, logo, copy, photography and site design are owned by us and may not be reused without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
